Scrappy is our middle name.  We apply that to user research - we get the qualitative insights you need to uncover latent user needs that help you differentiate your product in the market.  We also work with your engineers to install cheap (or free) tooling to give you in-app insights where needed.

What to Expect

Initial Engagement

During our initial engagement (typically two weeks), we meet with your team, dig in, and get an understanding of your organization's challenges.

Many of our clients are surprised by how much value is delivered in these first two weeks – the presence of a product leader who has been in those situations and is simply asking questions can be profoundly impactful.

Action Plan

At the end of the initial engagement, we share what we've learned in a formal presentation.  This presentation contains an action plan that meets your team where they are, and focuses on the outcomes you need to achieve.

Contracting

Our goal at this point is for you to be comfortable with our style of working, and our involvement with your team, and the value we will bring.  We draft a contract that outlines our relationship moving forward, along with hours and rates.
